Cinema — author brief Complete one brief per scene. Fill this document and upload it; you do not need to retype its character, context or passage sections into the form. Book title: [Your book title] Author: [Your author name] Scene title / chapter (optional): [Where this scene appears] 1. Character reference sheet For every character in the passage, provide an illustration OR description. Repeat the character block below as needed. Character name: [Name] Illustration / image reference: [Insert PNG/JPEG/WebP here, or attach the image separately and identify its filename. An inert HTTPS image link is also an optional reference; links are not downloaded automatically.] Description (if no illustration): [Describe the character’s appearance, age range, build, hair, eyes, clothing and any distinguishing details supported by your book. State what is unknown rather than inventing it.] Voice notes (optional): [Voice qualities or an HTTPS voice-profile link, if you have one. No audio file upload is required.] Description-derived appearance will be returned for your approval before production. 2. Scene context / summary [Summarize what is happening. Include the backstory, relationships, stakes and preceding events that the team needs to understand this scene.] 3. Original book passage [Paste the exact original passage here, including dialogue and paragraph breaks. Do not replace it with a summary or rewrite it as a screenplay.] 4. Optional direction and reference notes [Note must-keep details, illustration filenames, voice links or other useful direction. These notes do not replace the original passage.] Before uploading Check: book title and author; each character has an illustration OR description; scene context / summary; exact original book passage. Confirm in the upload screen that you have permission to use the passage and references. Only upload material you have the right to share. Briefs: DOCX, UTF-8 TXT or Markdown. Separate image references: PNG, JPEG or WebP. Each file: at most 8 MiB. PDF, macros, embedded objects and linked external media are not supported. What happens next: submitting a brief automatically starts an AI completeness checklist and source-grounded text preparation. Essential gaps become specific questions; complete briefs produce an unapproved script and storyboard plan for review. Uploading or saving alone does not start AI. A storyboard plan is not generated images. Paid image/audio/video generation and posting do not start automatically; creative, budget and posting approvals remain separate.
